Artist Note: Hearts appeared for this series. Love is elegant and intricate. Relationships are like a garden. It needs to be nurtured so it will flourish. Swirling lines often produce delicious unexpected designs. And, sometimes, drawing those spinning, twisting lines over and over just feels really good. It’s always a story about the complexity of relationships.
Extra tip: I have been married for 40 years. These drawings resonate with my husband. I have given him many drawings over the years for various occasions. He loves them. Ok, sure it’s possible that he is saying nice things but hey they are still on his desk.
