This drawing is one of a series titled "Full Force Women". The ellipse is one of the foundational shapes in art and in my series titled "Full Force Women", I use a combination of these imperfect curves to build strong eccentric female figures. The frenetic quality of the line leaves them lovingly ill-defined and I name each of them whimsically. In joyful chaos I present these bold, beautiful women, ready as they are to take on the world. I draw them quickly, not sloppily and they make me laugh. I love them. Enjoy!
